Hello, I read all I could on your site, and since, have been following your procedure to rehydrate/re-establish moisture via the slow sinking soak in the dip you suggested and I must say, they looked beautiful after "their dip". As far as condition of the pseudo-bulb Cattleyas and the Ascocenda and Vandas' all the root systems on them were strong and healthy. Much better than other orders from other green houses with bare root and potted varieties. I will continue from this point forward use you and your Company ONLY. This will be for my own greenhouse and for my family members. I was going to video tape the process but didn't feel there was a need as your instructions on potting are easy to follow and there are pictures for reference as well. Well as I am adding this latest shipment to my Orchid Database and The Free plant you sent (BTW- THANK YOU!) You are "This is my only place I will buy my specimens from NOW ON!"

Title: Survival Tips

Just to say that Miriam is great! My plants were left on my porch by the post office and they were overheated and very dehydrated. I followed the re-hydration instructions on the site and contacted Miriam. Her advice was perfect and she extended the warrantee period for me. She answered all my questions and helped me learn some new tricks to save my plants. I am happy to report that all my plants came through it OK! I lost 2 spikes, but 4 weeks later all plants show new growth and one is now spiking. Thanks again and I will be back next month for my next order. Lee D.
