I read all I could on your site, and since, have been following your procedure to rehydrate/re-establish moisture via the slow sinking soak in the dip you suggested and I must say, they looked beautiful after "their dip". As far as condition of the pseudo-bulb Cattleyas and the Ascocenda and Vandas' all the root systems on them were strong and healthy. Much better than other orders from other green houses with bare root and potted varieties. I will continue from this point forward use you and your Company ONLY. This will be for my own greenhouse and for my family members. I was going to video tape the process but didn't feel there was a need as your instructions on potting are easy to follow and there are pictures for reference as well.
